Update 10/31/25: Florida Blue has refused to acknowledge and respond to our request.
Despite the proven network need for us to continue to serve you as in network providers, as we have done for the past 3 decades, Florida Blue instead determined their members must pay out of pocket for their medically necessary care or travel even further to obtain the care they need while intentionally restricting access and raising the cost of care for all Americans.
We strongly encourage you to change insurers immediately to preserve your continuity of care and avoid costly out of network expenses.
